What’s unique about PHIRST?

• No case loads—focus on same-day SOCs, SNF at Home, urgent visits, IV insertions/removals, hydration, and more.
• Hands-on, 1:1 direct care in your own community.
• Maintain and grow acute care skills with opportunities for certifications and pilot projects.

• West Philadelphia
• Center City
• South & Southwest Philadelphia
• Bucks County / Northeast Philly

Key Competencies:

• Home Health: Oasis SOC, wound care, drains, PEG tubes, ostomies
• Infusion: PICC/Port/Midline care, IV antibiotics, TPN, chemo disconnects, hydration, biologic infusions

Responsibilities:

Deliver expert infusion and home health care in patients’ homes, collaborate with providers, educate families, and ensure safe, effective treatment.
